New Customer Area on our Webs
We are redoing all our websites to make things more automated and to freshen up the pictures and portfolios, modernise etc.. The last couple of months have been pretty mad, with the portrait studio business taking off. The result has been the increase in office administration type stuff, setting up new customers, processing orders, dealing with email, and those bloody phone calls from sales companies selling SEO internet services… alright the last one is nothing to do with our lovely customers, but God I hate those idiots!!!! Modern day doubleglazing salesmen!!
Anyway, I have put together a nice new Customer Area where you guys are more self-suffient, can handle your own bookings etc… Keeps us out the office and more in the studio taking pictures, which is what we love to do and certainly do better than admin. So, will rollout over the next few weeks, all will be ready for 2010. Let me know if there are any problems with it, as you know how new internet site stuff takes a while to get right
